Presentation (PowerPoint) designer – freelancer

We are looking to enlarge our design team with an additional presentation (PowerPoint) designer who is self-motivated, talented, and has excellent design and technical skills to create and produce impactful PowerPoint presentations. 

You will create PowerPoint presentations that are modern, innovative, communicative and professional to support clients for both in-person and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities of the job include:

  • Producing customer-facing presentations and overseeing projects from conception to completion
  • Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Refining and improving the work of others
  • Conceptualising creative ideas
  • Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Demonstrating and receiving feedback


You must be a PowerPoint wizard, including, but not limited to:

  • Animations and motion paths
  • Creating and utilising master slides and templates
  • Designing visually appealing infographics
  • Distilling heavy content into succinct points which resonate with prospective buyers

Additionally, you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in PC and have a working knowledge of a Mac environment
  • Fluency in English, or fluency in Swedish with professional proficiency in English.

Work location flexibility 

Right now, most of our everyday creation and work is built on video conferencing and remote collaboration tools, so you can work from wherever you want, as long as you live and work in a decently close time zone. 

Candidates for this position must manage multiple project objectives, strict deadlines and sometimes operate with a sense of urgency. 

Creative, relevant portfolio required. The portfolio must include samples of presentation documents to be considered.
