- Budget management — Handling the yearly planning, budget and roadmap, as well as tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget.
- Quality assurance — Ensuring the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that the client is satisfied with the final product.
- Contract management — Handling the contract with the client, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Planning and scheduling — Creating an offer, a plan and a schedule for each project and outlining the tasks, timelines, and resources needed to complete the project successfully.
- Resource management — Making sure the team has the necessary resources to complete the project on time and within budget.
- Team management — Directing and leading the project team, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that team members have the necessary support and resources to complete their work.
- Risk management — Identifying potential risks and mitigating them by creating contingency plans, setting up quality control procedures or adjusting the project timeline.
- Communication — Communicating regularly with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to inform them of progress, changes and issues.
- Fluency in English — other languages are beneficial.
- At least five years' experience managing complex digital projects and customer relationships as a project or production manager in a digital agency.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- A long background in the agency world.
