In this role, you will work closely with the team to understand and optimise sales, marketing, and service processes, primarily through HubSpot. Starting with hands-on support for CRM implementations, integrations, and strategy, you'll eventually grow into an expert in the CRM space.

This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in being called a nerd, enjoys building logical solutions, and thrives on figuring things out in unfamiliar territory while connecting with people and communicating complex ideas simply.

Key responsibilities

  • Support CRM implementation and optimisation projects, focusing on HubSpot.
  • Analyse customer needs and create automation to solve commercial challenges.
  • Assist in managing and integrating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
  • Communicate technical concepts simply and relatable to stakeholders with varying expertise levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues while documenting solutions and learnings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Document and refine processes to support scaling operations.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain expertise in CRM architecture and strategic planning.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A passion for learning and solving problems—you enjoy figuring things out.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with data and technology, even if you're new to the tools.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and service processes.
  • Confidence in asking questions and tackling new challenges.
  • The ability to work structured, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment and progress.

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a big plus!).
  • Previous experience in consulting, technical support, or customer-facing roles.
  • An interest in technology and process optimisation (nerdiness is most welcome!).
  • Experience working with IT teams or software solutions.

  • The most effective way for you to advance in this role is through practical experience and direct mentorship. So, we encourage you to work mainly from our Sigtuna office.
  • Collaborating, receiving guidance, and interacting daily with the team will be essential to your growth, particularly as you progress to a more senior role.
