The name
The idea behind Zooma was conceived at the turn of the millennium, rooted in the belief that online and digital would fundamentally reshape how people and businesses operate—as information, communication, interactions, and transactions increasingly moved online.
In 2001, Zooma was founded as an onlinification and digitalisation agency — a principle we continue to build on today. Today, we are known as a brand and business enablement agency.
Our work demands focus, clarity, and the ability to zoom in on what truly matters. That’s where our name comes from—Zooma, or “to zoom” in Swedish.
The Zoomers
At Zooma, we foster a collaborative culture where innovation and diversity shape how we work. Our team is dedicated to empowering each other — and you — to create an environment where ideas don’t just exist, but thrive. We’re proud to maintain a balanced 50/50 gender split.
We are 25+ Zoomers — advisers, strategists, HubSpot specialists, content creators, front-end and back-end developers, integration specialists, project managers, designers, and UX specialists. We are also supported by a trusted network of around 10 local partners, and all of them have worked with Zooma for years.
Together, we form a flexible, scalable team that is built to enable what’s next.

Life at Zooma
Work isn't where you are, it's what you do. That's why Zoomers get the freedom to work where they work best — wherever that may be. Some work better at our office, located in central Gothenburg. Some prefer home, or somewhere else entirely. We find we’re at our most creative and productive when we have options. It helps us to communicate and collaborate better, internally and externally.
It means we can work with the very best people for the job, regardless of what city or country they call home. It helps us become a more diverse workplace, which can flex with the Zoomers as their lives, priorities, and ambitions change.
