Strengthening our skills together

Strengthening our skills together

At Zooma, we recently paused our daily work for a focused learning session. For four hours, all Zoomers stepped away from ongoing projects to focus on developing knowledge and refreshing skills.

What started five years ago as a simple idea has developed into a recurring habit. Several times a year, we dedicate time entirely to learning. It helps us stay curious, uphold high standards, and continually expand our expertise.

What we achieved

  • In this brief period, the team achieved 25 new HubSpot certifications.

  • We now hold 36 of the 41 available HubSpot certifications, including partner certifications. The remaining five are in progress, with the exams already passed and only the practical elements remaining.
  • In total, we have 210 active HubSpot certifications, establishing a robust, up-to-date foundation that enables us to deliver informed, practical customer value. Our full set of credentials is available on Zooma's HubSpot Partner Directory profile.210 active certifications

What comes next?

For us, Certification Days are not about collecting badges. They are an opportunity to refine our skills, adhere to best practices, and continue enhancing the way we work. The insights and knowledge gained help us resolve problems more efficiently and elevate the standard of what our customers can expect.

We will continue to share highlights and reflections from our Certification Days in The Bulletin. To stay informed, you can subscribe.
