We're getting training in CPR and first aid

On November 15, 17 and 22, some Zoomers will be busy at a CPR and first aid training session at our office in Gothenburg. For that reason, it might be challenging to reach your primary contact during these times.

Knowledge about first aid is a great thing to have, both in and outside the office - so that's why all the Zoomers will get a free training session in the basics later this year. In the session, we'll cover basic CPR, dealing with unconsciousness, handling a defibrillator, treating burns, broken bones, eye injuries and much more. We last had one of these training sessions in 2019, so we thought it was time for a refresher.

Each training session is three and a half hours long, and they'll be taking place on:

  • Tuesday 15 November, 09:30 - 13:00
  • Thursday 17 November, 12:30 - 16:00
  • Tuesday 22 November, 12:30 - 16:00

Each training session will have 12 participants, so there's a chance your main Zooma contact will be unreachable during one of these periods.

For non-urgent matters, you should expect a slightly slower response - however, if you have an issue that needs dealing with right away, just give us some details via our support form and a free Zoomer will be available to help.

Thanks for your understanding, and wish us luck!
