A half day to learn, reflect and improve

A half day to learn, reflect and improve

On March 25, we kicked off our first Certification Day of the year with a dedicated half-day focused entirely on learning.

During those hours, the team completed more than 20 new HubSpot certifications in sales, marketing, AI, and platform consulting, bringing our total to over 180. As a HubSpot Diamond Partner, we continue to build and maintain our partner certifications to support our customers with up-to-date knowledge and practical expertise.

At the same time, learning went beyond HubSpot. Several colleagues explored Runway courses, developing skills in AI-driven content creation, including how we can help our customers with AI-powered video and advertising. Others expanded their knowledge through certifications like Claude 101 and LinkedIn Learning, strengthening both AI fundamentals and broader digital capabilities. These are areas that are evolving quickly and that we are actively building into our offering.

The day was productive and also a beneficial reminder that learning is rarely perfect. Some certifications required a second attempt, and in a few cases, we moved a bit too quickly. That is part of the value. Taking the time to test, reflect, and improve is exactly what makes these sessions worthwhile.

What started as a small initiative a few years ago has become a natural part of how we work at Zooma. A few times a year, we pause our daily work to focus on learning. It helps us stay curious, keep developing and continue delivering meaningful value to our customers.

With the first session of the year behind us, we are already looking ahead to the next Certification Day in May, building on what we have learnt and identifying areas for improvement.
