Zooma's internal NPS: +70 in H1 2025

At Zooma, we regularly ask our team a simple question: 'How likely are you to recommend Zooma as a workplace to a friend or colleague?' The responses form our internal Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Our internal NPS was +70 for the first half of 2025. We're happy to see this positive trend continue and thankful for the honest feedback that helps guide our priorities.

What does +70 mean?

An NPS of +70 means that most team members would recommend Zooma to others. It shows that many feel supported, motivated, and generally positive about their work and the bigger picture.

Some comments from the survey gave helpful insight into what's working:

'I feel trusted to do my job and have the freedom to shape how I work.'

'Good balance between structure and creativity. People really care here.'

'Clear values, strong leadership, and always room to grow.'

Looking at the past few years

We've been tracking internal NPS for several years, and as of last year, we've started doing it twice annually to get a more up-to-date picture of the team's performance.

Even modest changes are meaningful; they reflect the impact of ongoing efforts, conversations, and minor adjustments in how we work together.

Why do we measure and share it?

While NPS is often used to measure customer satisfaction, applying it internally keeps us accountable. By sharing the results openly, we invite reflection and demonstrate that we value transparency, not only for our customers but also for our colleagues.

What's next?

A score of +70 isn't an endpoint. It's a sign to keep doing what works, enabling autonomy, creating space for collaboration, and maintaining a culture of openness and inclusion. It's also a reminder to keep listening closely to feedback and not overlook areas that need attention.
