Zooma’s internal NPS remains strong at +89

Zooma’s internal NPS remains strong at +89

At the end of April, we conducted Zooma's Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey for H1 2026. We conduct our biannual employee survey to better understand how our team experiences life at Zooma. The result? An internal NPS of +89.

While slightly below our record-high +90 from the previous survey, this continues to place Zooma at an exceptionally high level and reflects something we are deeply proud of: a workplace built on trust, collaboration, flexibility, and genuinely supportive people.

A culture that people want to recommend

An internal NPS of +89 means that nearly everyone at Zooma would recommend it as a fantastic place to work. Out of all respondents:

  • 89% were Promoters
  • 11% were Passives
  • 0% were Detractors

Having no detractors at all is especially meaningful. It shows that even when people identify areas for improvement, the overall experience of working at Zooma remains overwhelmingly positive.

What stands out most

The themes in this year's feedback were remarkably consistent. Across teams and roles, people highlighted:

  • Skilled, kind, and supportive colleagues
  • Trust and flexibility in how we work
  • Strong leadership and opportunities for growth
  • Interesting and challenging projects
  • A positive atmosphere and healthy work-life balance
  • A culture that values wellbeing and personal development

Many also mentioned the importance of flexibility and autonomy, especially the ability to balance responsibility with freedom in structuring work.

What the team said

The comments behind the score provide a complete view:

"Great colleagues and working atmosphere; flexible working location makes work-life balance easier to manage."

"Because it's a place that respects your opinions and cares about your wellbeing."

"I think Zooma is a wonderful and fun workplace with great colleagues and diverse client projects that challenge and make me grow as a professional."

One response summarised it particularly well:

Supportive and talented colleagues. The projects are interesting and challenging, and I appreciate how Zooma is always looking ahead and embracing new ideas and ways of working.

Why this matters

Employee satisfaction is not only about numbers.
It reflects how people feel in their everyday work: whether they feel trusted, included, supported, challenged, and able to grow.

A strong internal culture also creates better outcomes for our customers. Teams that enjoy working together tend to collaborate better, innovate more, and create stronger long-term partnerships.

The people at Zooma actively shape our consistent internal NPS and culture.

Continuing to improve

Even with an excellent result, we know there is always room to improve. Passive responses and constructive comments are important to us, and we value them highly. Listening carefully to feedback helps us evolve while staying grounded in what matters most.

Our ambition is not simply to maintain a high score. It is to continue creating an environment where people can thrive professionally and personally.

Thank you

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the survey and shared their thoughts.

Your openness, engagement, and feedback help shape Zooma into the company it is today and the company we want to become tomorrow.
