Our highest internal NPS ever

For the second half of 2025, Zooma’s internal Net Promoter Score (NPS) reached +90, our highest score ever. The result reflects strong engagement, trust, and satisfaction across the team, and it comes alongside a record external NPS of +89 from our customers.

+90: our best result yet

NPS-2024

An internal NPS of +90 means that almost everyone at Zooma would recommend it as a great place to work. This is an extraordinary result, demonstrating deep satisfaction, genuine engagement, and a strong sense of belonging throughout the company.

Many participants describe Zooma as an inspiring workplace with:

  • An open, trusting culture

  • Supportive and competent colleagues

  • A strong focus on health, wellbeing, and balance

  • Interesting projects and great customers

  • A forward-leaning approach to AI, creating opportunities for learning, innovation, and future-oriented work

Our external NPS also reached a record high

It is not just inside Zooma that people are happy. Our external NPS recently reached +89, the highest in our history. Read more about that result.

Why this matters

A number like +90 is excellent, but what really matters is what is behind it.
It shows that people feel included, respected, and part of something meaningful.

Of course, there is always room to improve. A few responses were neutral or offered constructive feedback, which we deeply value. Listening carefully to those voices helps us continue to evolve and stay grounded.

What’s next

Our goal is not to chase higher numbers. It is to keep strengthening what makes Zooma a great place to work: trust, wellbeing, teamwork, and continuous growth.

If this result shows anything, it is that a few do not create culture. It is shaped by everyone, every day.
