As Zooma celebrates its 24th anniversary on April 10, 2025, it's a moment to reflect on our journey and express heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been an integral part of our story, including our customers, colleagues, families, and friends.

We founded Zooma at the turn of the millennium and emerged from the understanding that online and digital technologies would profoundly change how and where people behave and interact. Over the past 24 years, we've dedicated ourselves to guiding companies through the evolving online and digital landscape, helping them adapt to people's changing behaviours and expectations. With some colleagues and customers, we have worked together for 20+ years.

The landscape keeps evolving, and our curiosity and commitment grow stronger yearly.

Our mission has always been to enlighten and guide our customers in achieving relevance and effortless simplicity using online and digital means. Steered by our core values—proactive, dedicated, and knowledgeable—we've explored possibilities, led by example, optimised results, and delivered impactful solutions. ​

24 learnings from 24 years

Since 2001, we've partnered with ambitious companies to navigate, adapt to, and lead through change. While we seldom look back, we're making an exception today.

Here are 24 things we've learnt (sometimes the hard way) in 24 years of building Zooma:

  3. Consistency builds trust—internally and externally.

  12. There's no replacement for well-structured, fact-based decision-making.

  13. It’s OK to say no. It's often necessary.

  14. All meaningful success comes from collaboration.
