What's it like to be a Zoomer?
– Being a Zoomer means being surrounded by dedicated and knowledgeable people in a work environment that encourages experimentation and development. In other words, it’s fun, encouraging, and exciting.

What types of advantages and challenges can you expect?
– You’ll be exposed to many challenges of varying sizes. Our field constantly evolves, and it is essential to stay ahead by absorbing new knowledge in all formats—reading, watching, and listening to best practices.

What types of advantages and challenges can you expect?
– Projects are mostly quite challenging, but they are also exciting and rewarding, as you always learn a lot. I also like the very close and friendly relationship with the clients.

Friday at 14:00 is Fika time. It's a chance to talk about something other than work and engage in some light competition. Zoomers rated it 8.3 out of 10 in 2024.

Once a year, the Zoomers bring our plus-ones for a nice evening together. We usually have a nice dinner in some odd place and switch seats a few times.

At least once a year, we gather all Zoomers for a lunch-to-lunch kick-off that includes work, fun activities, learning, and training.

Our physical office is in a central location in Gothenburg and equipped with all the modern tools and comforts you need for your work. And soon we will move to an even nicer one...

Monthly information meeting

Zoomers meet monthly to review client delivery reports, status updates, financials, and progress. In 2024, Zoomers rated the monthly meetings 8.4 out of 10.

Production planning meeting

Producers and project managers meet early in the week to focus on planning and to stay informed about each other's activities. They are rated 8.95 out of 10 by the participants in 2024.
