Headquartered in Mölndal, a city just south of Gothenburg on Sweden's west coast, Mölndal Energi supplies renewable electricity, district heating and energy services to over 70,000 households and businesses.

With excellent knowledge and high ambition regarding online, communication, brand building and digitalisation, Zooma has helped us as a company to take a gigantic leap forward. Although we are only at the beginning of our onlinification journey, our footprint is growing and the response we receive to the work done so far, both internally and externally, is overwhelming. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to take on the online and digitisation challenges together with Zooma (May 2020).

Migrating sales and service to HubSpot
At Mölndal Energi, everything from a customer's first conversion to their latest support request is logged, delegated and handled within HubSpot, creating an enviable level of control and visibility.
Customers appreciate it too — in 2023, they gave an average satisfaction score of 9.6/10.

Inbound content creation
