Last week I sat down with two of my colleagues to share their experiences and thoughts regarding product launches from a marketing and communication perspective.
I had a chat with Ingrid Wallgren, Business Strategist & Account lead and Peter (Pé) Ishii, Brand & Content Strategist at Zooma, whose many years of experience in product launches have given them an in-depth understanding of what works and what doesn't.
Launching a new product can be exciting for any company, and there is no such thing as a 'general' launch plan that works all the time. However, whether it's the first product the company has offered or an addition to an existing line of products, there are some principles and a few things you should keep in mind before you introduce the new product to your audience.
