Arena Media, acquires Zooma. 

- This acquisition is another important piece of the puzzle in the mix of communications skills that is building our business, says Roberth Emanuelsson, principal owner and CEO at Arena Media. Zooma is a profitable company with a growth potential that is a perfect fit for Arena Media.

The acquisition entails 100% of Zooma who will carry on working as an independent company. Apart from all obvious synergy effects and know-how handovers, there is at the present time nothing in the pipeline to suggest that Zooma should be integrated with the other agencies within the group.
