As you might have heard, all the Zoomers took part in a certification day on 22 September. For a whole day, we put our usual tasks to one side and focused purely on learning and expanding our knowledge in order to be a better partner to our customers.
All in all, it was a success! Here are some figures:

We focused on taking our certifications for six hours - from 9:00 to 16:00, with an hour for lunch.
Aside from gaining more knowledge about online, digital, and the HubSpot tools we use every day, the purpose of certification day was to practice what we preach. We always encourage decision-makers to invest in education and training in their companies, but it's often hard to find the time. By booking a whole day for everyone at Zooma, we created a chance to focus only on learning, without any distractions.
