Zooma will be closed Friday, June 19 to celebrate the most typically Swedish tradition: Midsummer. We will be back again on Monday, June 22.
Midsummer is a day dedicated to dancing like frogs, eating tonnes of herring, wearing fancy flowers wreath in the hair and spending good times with family and friends outdoors, Swedish Midsummer — or Midsommar.
Apart from Christmas, it is the biggest celebration in Sweden. In Midsummer, the sun never sets completely — it is the longest day of the year — so let's cross our fingers for good weather and lots of sunshine.
