    The importance of talking about the same things when it comes to online and digital is crucial. All new initiatives and prioritisation, when it comes to online and digital, require that everyone involved use the same terminology and definitions. Therefore I have created 'Digital definitions' for you.

    Most B2B companies are rushing to become more digital. For some, it's about tech and systems. For others, using digital is a brand new way of interacting with prospects and customers. And for others, it represents a new way of doing business.

    None of these definitions is necessarily incorrect. The diverse perspectives often divide the leadership because they reflect a lack of alignment and shared vision of where their business needs to go and how.

    Often, this results in fragmented initiatives and misguided efforts that lead to missed opportunities, and only brings increased workloads or false starts.

    Therefore I have created 'digital definitions'.
