Highlights from AI Day 2025

Highlights from AI Day 2025

The Zooma team gathered for one of our two AI Days in 2025, a half-day dedicated to learning and experimentation. Together, the Zoomers explored how generative AI can boost creativity, streamline workflows, and support smarter decision-making methods. As promised, here is an overview of what the team achieved together.

Hands-on exploration and real results

After a brief introduction and some warm-up discussions, the team jumped straight into hands-on experiments with some of today’s most exciting AI tools:

HeyGen

Alexander started this session by introducing HeyGen and sharing insights from his two years of experimenting with the platform. He explained how the tool enables users to create digital twins – AI-generated video avatars that speak multiple languages and adjust tone, emotion, and expression. Alexander demonstrated his testing of different use cases, from video explainers and tutorials to personalised customer communications, showing what’s possible when creativity meets technology.

After the introduction, teams created their own AI-generated videos, experimenting with avatars, languages, and tones of voice. From product explainers to fun internal clips, Zoomers have learnt how easily ideas can be brought to life with video and how small prompt changes can completely shift the output. The results ranged from professional to hilarious, inspiring new ideas for future storytelling and content creation.

Relume

Stellan and Anna demonstrated how Relume works by building directly on the zooma.agency site; they are improving. Relume is an AI-powered design and wireframing platform that helps teams transform ideas, strategies, and content into structured, high-quality web layouts. It doesn't replace design — it enhances it. The tool supports designers by improving visual consistency, quality, and user experience. The demo showed how Relume can help bring creative concepts to life while keeping everything in line with Zooma’s design standards and brand expression.

HubSpot Assistants

Tobias opened this session by explaining the difference between AI agents and AI assistants and how both concepts are shaping the way we work. Agents can act more independently, taking on tasks or following objectives, while assistants focus on supporting human decision-making and execution.

After the introduction, everyone created their own assistant and began experimenting by messaging and testing each other’s creations. The activity quickly became a fun, eye-opening way to experience how personalised AI interactions feel and how thoughtfully designed assistants can become true teammates rather than just tools.

The discussion also touched on HubSpot’s evolving AI features, such as content assistants and workflow automation. Zoomers explored how these can support more brilliant content creation, on-page editing, and analytics while still keeping the human insight, tone, and creativity that define Zooma’s approach.

Key insights

Throughout the day, several strong takeaways emerged:

  • AI enhances creativity. It’s a partner that expands ideas and helps us see new perspectives.
  • Quality improves through collaboration. Combining human expertise with AI-generated insights can raise our creative and technical standards.
  • Curiosity leads to growth. Experimenting with new tools helps us understand not just how they work but also how they can strengthen our team’s approach.

Looking ahead

The session ended with a mix of laughter, inspiration, and a sense of excitement for what’s next. Before wrapping up, everyone shared their favourite AI tip, from clever prompting techniques to handy tools that make everyday tasks easier. It was a fantastic way to exchange ideas and take away something new to try.

AI Days at Zooma are about precisely that. Learning by doing, staying curious, and exploring how technology and creativity can evolve are key parts of your approach. We left the day with fresh ideas, new skills, and a shared enthusiasm for how AI can help us keep raising the bar.

A big thank you to all speakers and participants for your energy and curiosity. We’re already looking forward to the next AI Day in December!
