Kick-Off on Vrångö: Where work, fun, and inspiration meet

Kick-Off on Vrångö: Where work, fun, and inspiration meet

From Wednesday to Thursday, we had the pleasure of spending two days on our annual kick-off trip. As always, we didn't know where we were heading, only what to pack. That element of surprise is one of the traditions that makes these trips so special.

After about an hour on the ferry, we arrived at our destination: Vrångö, a stunning island near Gothenburg. To our surprise, many of our colleagues living close to the city had never visited before. It was truly a hidden gem: peaceful, full of stories about pirates and local history that our host shared, and above all, incredibly welcoming.

As every year, the days consisted of work sessions, sports competitions, delicious food (fresh from the sea!), and late-night conversations that brought us even closer as a team.

One of our yearly traditions is reviewing our 'business foundation'. A one-page framework where we reflect on who we are, what our role as Zooma is, and what we aim to accomplish together. Having open, honest discussions at eye level with colleagues is always inspiring, and it helps us shape our direction for the coming years.

A heartfelt thank you to Elisabet for organising these two fantastic days. They reminded us once again why it's so valuable to combine work, inspiration, and togetherness.

During these days, we captured many photos and video material, which we'll share on LinkedIn and Instagram soon. Make sure to follow us so you don't miss out!
