Why Zooma supports Stadsmissionen

We've supported Stadsmissionen for a long time, and this year is no exception. In 2022, we'll be a 'Göteborgsvän' (Friend of Gothenburg), actively contributing to Stadsmissionen's important work in the city.

In Gothenburg, too many families live in poverty, and Stadsmissionen wants to help change that. That's why we support their work of giving out food, clothes and toiletries to people who need them the most. Importantly, they also work constantly to arrange activities for children and young people and create meeting places for community and support. Together with their supporters, Stadsmissionen creates a more human society for everyone.

Thanks to Stadsmissionen, the city's homeless people have been able to sleep indoors during the cold winter, vulnerable children have received help with their studies, Gothenburgers who can't afford to fill the fridge have got food packages, lonely older people have found community and support, and hundreds of families have taken part in activities that usually would have been out of reach.
