If you work with marketing, you have probably heard of marketing automation. But not everyone knows what it means exactly. Today, it is more important than ever for students and job-seekers to market themselves digitally and via social media. LinkedIn is not only a social platform; it also plays a significant role in the recruitment process for many companies. Having an updated and active profile increases your chances of discovering by recruiters and employers if you're starting in your career. In addition, LinkedIn is where many employers look when it's time to hire a new person, so it's vital to keep your page updated and capture interest.

Running The Internship Hub is one of our main tasks during our internship here at Zooma. Every week, we create an article and have free rein over what we'd like to write about. Since we only have less than a month left, it's soon time to pass on the Hub to Zoomas' future interns, who will take over after us - so to make it easier for them, we've tried to summarise our main learnings around the Hub's purpose, strategy, planning, and production. 

It can be advantageous to keep track of and work with SEO on a website, even if our education is not focused on that topic. HubSpot offers a tool called SEO alerts, helpful in optimising a website - regardless of whether you have basic SEO knowledge or several years of experience.

Meeting many of our colleagues IRL for the first time felt quite natural since we had seen and talked to them daily on Zoom. Even though it has worked so well to work digitally, it's a different feeling to meet each other on-site and work from the office. This was something new for us, and we felt like children on Christmas Eve entering the office for the first time.
