The life of an intern at Zooma

Hi! I am Josefine, the newest intern at Zooma. I am currently studying my last semester of the media and communication programme at Jönköping University, and before I graduate at the beginning of June, I will spend 12 weeks here at Zooma. If you want to know more about me, you can take a look at this article on The Bulletin.

During my time as an intern here at Zooma, I will be responsible for a social media project. A project where I will build a case and be the owner of the idea, performance and result, which I'm very much looking forward to! I will also publish weekly articles here on The Internship Hub about my journey - what I'm doing and what I'm learning.

How did I end up as an intern at Zooma?

Josefine-Kinvall

Autumn 2021, I was a part of the project group that hosted "Kommunikationsdagen JKP 2021" - an event organised by students at Jönköping University to inspire people within the media and communications field. Anders was one of the inspirational speakers we invited for this year's event, and as a first-time moderator, I asked Anders for advice. We made an excellent first impression on both ends because of my bold question and Ander's wise answer. And now I am here.

What are my expectations?

My expectations of this internship are to receive new knowledge about project management and content production. I look forward to developing my already current skills within these two areas and adding new ones.

How was my first week at Zooma?

So far, I have met many of the Zoomers, and they have given me a warm welcome. I have been a part of different meetings to understand Zooma's work and company culture. I ended my first week participating in the famous "Fredagsfika" for the first time.

I look forward to being a part of the team and working with you all!
