Online Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is the breakdowns of your main objectives and tracks e.g. what actions people take on .com/.xx, your blog or respond to.

Examples of online KPIs:

  • The total number of market and sales qualified leads/visitors
  • The total number of opportunities, customers and turnover generated via online.
